Hailing from Sicily, Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri is passionate about pure, simple flavours, and he relishes bringing together cultures and people through food. He has been a chef at Four Seasons since 1995, honing his skills and sharing his knowledge and experience in Milan, Cairo, London and Istanbul. In his current role as Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya, he oversees the hotel’s diverse range of restaurants and catering services, delivering creative dining experiences that span palates and flavours the world over.

Chef de Cuisine Osama Alakhras was born and raised in Jordan, where he first discovered his passion for cooking after dropping out of school in a youthful act of rebellion. He spent five years developing his skills in the kitchens of local restaurants before being invited to join the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Amman. There, he received an education in creating innovative dishes to Four Seasons’ lofty culinary standards. Using this newfound expertise, he further developed his craft at acclaimed restaurants around the world before returning to the Middle East, where he strives to deliver world-class dining experiences rooted in Four Seasons’ heritage of quality, service, and innovation.
