Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri has the spirit of the Mediterranean in his blood. Hailing from Sicily, Spriveri is passionate about pure, simple flavours, and he relishes bringing together cultures and people through food. He has been a chef at Four Seasons since 1995, honing his skills and sharing his knowledge and experience in Milan, Cairo, London and Istanbul. In his current role as Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya, he oversees the hotel’s diverse range of restaurants and catering services, delivering creative dining experiences that span palates and flavours the world over.
